The representative of Islamic Sciences and Culture Academy (ISCA), Dr Najaf Lakzaee, delivered a speech in which he called for the necessity of scientific and cultural cooperation of Iran and the Arab world for developing Islamic studies of security.

We all know that security is the basic necessity of all human beings and the first task of any government in relation to its citizens. Due to the occurrence of insecurity and widespread wars in the early twentieth century, from the middle of this century until now, the security studies always have been expanding all over the world
.
whereas the field of security studies deals with the phenomenon of "security" as a normative matter, as well as the audience of the scientific-cultural dialogues of Iran and the Arab world are generally Muslim and subject to the religious rules of Islam, referring to the tradition of Security studies in Islamic sciences and also Security theorizing is necessary.

Today, we are faced with a lack of Islamic theory in the field of security issues. The current situation in the world, and in particular a significant part of the region in which Iran and the Arab world are located, is not safe in terms of security. In this critical situation, the scientific centers of Iran and the Arab world, as think tank, have a duty to provide comprehensive solutions based on Islamic resources and the sociological situation of Iran and the Arab world.
